If you were caught up in tailbacks on the A38 - this was why

Derbyshire Roads police have issued a driver who ran out of fuel with a ticket for causing an obstruction. The motorist came to a halt on the busy A38 at the Markeaton roundabout and caused delays for other drivers. As police point out when they Tweeted about the incident, there is petrol station in the background. Hugely annoying if you were caught up in this no doubt.
