Burglars sneaked into a house ands stole jewellery, a designer purse and electrical items electronics while the occupants were getting ready upstairs.

The break-in happened at a house in Stanley Street, in Swadlincote, between 7am and 7.45am on Friday, September 8.

After sneaking in through the back door, they took an iPhone 5C, and iPad Pro, a Mulberry purse containing cash and cards and a black Nikon camera. They also took a gold Raymond Weil watch and a gold diamond ring.

Derbyshire police have released a photo of the watch, the black Mulberry purse and are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch.
