A waste recycling business in South Derbyshire has been fined £20,000 by a court after causing significant loss to other local firms by continually leaving mud and debris on the roads.
A38 closed near Alfreton due to overturned trailer
The A38 northbound has been closed between B600 and junction 28 of the M1 close to Alfreton and Mansfield due to an overturned trailer.
The road has been closed and work is being done to recover farming machinery that fell off the back of the trailer.
