Jade Clake, who works for the pharmacy department at Burton’s Queen’s Hospital, won the Innovation and Improvement PRIDE Award after volunteering to support a pilot project. The scheme aimed to save medication and offering a quicker service for those waiting for drugs so they can go home earlier. Here she shares some of her likes and dislikes with us.
Favourite film or TV series?
My favourite film is Pearl Harbour and television series has to be Game of Thrones.

It has to be a Chinese takeaway.

I am a trained dance teacher.
What's your ultimate ambition in life?
My ultimate ambition would be to live on a farm.

My worst habit is that I leave the lid off the toothpaste.

If I could make a law it would be to have a bring a dog to work day.
If you could go anywhere in the world where would it be?
I would go to China.

If I could invite anyone it would have to be American TV presenter Ellen DeGeneres.
What would you do if you won the lottery?
If I won the lottery I would buy my dad a sports car.
