We were all glued to our television screens in the immediate aftermath of the horrific Grenfell Tower fire.

We all felt utterly helpless as the blaze raged overnight engulfing anyone who was unable to escape, leaving at least 79 dead and many others injured.

We have seen that hundreds of tower residents have been left homeless, with their possessions completely destroyed by the fire.

So it was heart-warming to see millions of pounds in donations roll in to help support these victims left homeless, as well as food, clothing and the essentials to help them get by.

Burton has always been a charitable town, keen to help those in need, so it was no surprise that a fund-raising concert, Voices of Grenfell, has been arranged at Burton Town Hall for the victims of the fire.

For just £10 audiences will be able to hear the very best in local musical talent and all for a very good cause.
