Rain, wind and even a little sunshine are all on the cards today so be prepared for all weather.
According to forecasters, there will be a bit of everything today, Thursday, August 3, with the day starting cloudy but the sun will be poking through. By around mid-morning there will be light rain showers through to lunchtime but that will ease and the afternoon will be mainly cloudy.
Temperatures today will reach highs of 19C and lows of 17C.
Forecasters have said that scattered showers will sweep through the region with strong and gusty winds. Showers will ease in the afternoon, leaving it largely dry but it will be a windy end to the day. Tonight it will be largely dry and breezy with some clear spells.
Some places could experience the odd rain shower.
