Like many places across the country, persistent rain is expected in Burton and South Derbyshire today on Tuesday, July 11.
The morning will start off chilly at 15C with patchy rain and clouds right up until tomorrow.
The region will see highs of just 16C at 1pm but will remain cool for most of the day.
The rain is expected to intensify towards the evening, bringing some heavy bursts at times, but will dry out in the second half of the night.
If the miserable weather is getting you down, don’t despair – Wednesday is looking to be a dry and bright day, with light winds and a fair amount of sunshine.
Temperatures will rise to 19C in the early afternoon but will progress into clouds as the day continues.
