A woman has pleaded guilty to damaging plant pots. she was among the latest people to have their cases dealt with at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court

Damage case

Uzma Hussain, 18, of, no fixed address, admitted damaging plant pots worth £20 in Doles Lane, Findern, on June 15.
She has been made the subject of a 12-month conditional discharge, and was ordered to pay £85 court costs and £20 compensation.

Assault

A man has admitted three charges of assault. Neil Faulks, 51, of Moira Road, Donisthorpe, admitted assaulting a man in High Street, Linton, on May 20. He also admitted harassing a male and a female in Swadlincote between February 21, and June 3.
He has been made the subject of a 12-month community order with 60 hours unpaid work, and will abide by a restraining order. He has been ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Drink driving

A man has admitted drink-driving. Cristian Beleuzu Petculescu, 24, of Guild Street, Burton, admitted driving a Volkswagen Golf in Evershed Way, Burton, on June 5, with 105 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limits 35 microgrammes. He also admitted driving without insurance.
He has been made the subject of a 12-month community order years with 150 hours unpaid work. He has been ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £85 victim surcharge. He has been banned from driving for 26 months.

Assault

A man has admitted assault. Anthony Gaskin, 43, of Warwick Close, Midway, admitted assaulting a woman in Warwick Close, Midway, on June 16.
He has been been given a two -year conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
