A popular bakery is looking for bakers to work through the night to make sure their breads and cakes are ready for hungry customers.
Birds Bakery is looking for people to join its Ascot Drive Bakery, in Derby, to help produce the freshly prepared cakes and tasty sandwiches.
They have full-time roles available on the night shift which is fixed hours so they do not require people to rotate their shift patterns.
The ideal applicants will have previous bakery experience, possess bread mixing skills and have a good knowledge of the fermentation process. Bosses are also looking for individuals who may have confectionery skills such as creaming, piping and coating.
They want someone who is familiar with the operational requirements of a bread plant, provers, mixers and ovens.
A spokesman said: "You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to a high standard in an efficient, clean and tidy manner observing the highest food hygiene guidelines."
