Being a princess or prince is a dream come true for many children and now there is the chance to make that childhood dream come true as Disney is recruiting.

Becoming the next Elsa, Cinderella, Belle or Sleeping Beauty is now a possibility as Disneyland Paris is in need of people to make the famous Disney characters come to life.

The resort has around 50 permanent jobs and 30 short-term contracts available for people play the much-loved characters in parades and shows at the popular theme park.

Candidates must be able to speak either French or English and most roles will have a specific height requirement.

The job advertisement - which have been published in French - read: "We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to animate the famous Disney characters. If you have a good level of dance, you can participate in our parade and our cavalcades.

"We are also looking for people who look like our famous princesses and princes to meet our visitors on a daily basis. A good level of dance and distinctive criteria of resemblance are required."

Employees, known as cast members at Disney, are currently employed from 100 different countries and speak 20 different languages between them at Disneyland Paris.

Disney jobs are also available in the hospitality, sales and catering teams and anyone interested in any of these roles are warned that the Disneyland Paris recruitment site is in French.
