Working near the sun, sea and sand sounds like heaven to many - and then throwing in a £75,000 pay packet just becomes an added incentive.
Allsopp & Allsopp is currently recruiting for sales staff to work at its Dubai head office, and Nottingham is one of five locations around the UK it is targeting to find applicants. The estate agency has offices in Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa - and Dubai.
The jobs which are available are a property leasing consultant and a property sales consultant - and the company says that realistic on target earnings are £75,000 for the leasing job and £200,000 for the sales one.
Kameron Hutchinson, from Allsopp & Allsopp, said: "These are not pie-in-the-sky figures. Last year 70 per cent of our sales team took home more than £120,000, and our top earner took home £405,000."
The current jobs are being advertised here until July 30, and those who apply do not necessarily need experience as an estate agent, but they will need two years' experience in a "target-driven" environment.
That means the company is looking for anyone who is currently working as an estate agent, sales negotiator, property lister/valuer, lettings negotiator, or within another heavily targeted sales role.
A spokesman said: "We are expanding and are looking for determined, driven sales people with a proven track record of at least two years in a target-driven environment to join our winning team.
