A Burton provider of social housing has three jobs all offering a salary of more than £45,000 up for grabs.

Trent and Dove Housing, a registered provider of social and affordable housing across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire, is now seeking to hire inspired and motivated people to become the new customer services and insight manager, welfare reform strategy manager and housing operations manager.

The company currently manages more than 5,800 properties and is aiming to provide 10,000 homes by 2022. The three jobs all offer £45,866 per annum.

Here is a little more about the three positions:

  • Customer services and insight manager – the successful applicant will be responsible for leading the new customer services hub and develop the digital customer offer. Ideally they will have a background in the housing sector but a proven ability of managing a call centre or customer insight function is essential. More information on the role is available here.
  • Welfare reform strategy manager – Trent and Dove said there is three dimensions to the welfare strategy which includes income, tenants and communities. The successful candidate will put these essential strands together in an effective and innovative way. They need to be pro-active, possess excellent management, strategic insight, leadership, communication and business skills. More information on the role is available here.

  • Housing operations manager – the company is looking for an effective, customer focussed leader who is responsible for delivering a high quality housing service of the general needs and sheltered and extra care accommodation. The successful candidate will have the proven ability of working as a strategic housing manager, with a "can-do" attitude and commercial acumen to identify improvements in housing delivery.
