It won’t feel as warm as it did yesterday in Burton and South Derbyshire today on Thursday, July 13, but forecasters predict the weather will remain relatively dry with some sunny spells appearing from time to time.
The morning will begin dry and bright with highs of 19C at 11am. However, scattered showers are predicted at around noon, reaching temperatures of 20C.
Tonight, any residual showers will gradually ease away, leaving mostly dry conditions for the rest of the evening.
Friday is predicted to be a drier day, with sunny spells at first, but will appear cloudier compared to today.
Temperatures will reach 18C at around 2pm, and will lead to a chilly evening, with lows of 15C.
