Callum Dolman has been jailed after assaulting a man in a residential street where children were present, a court has heard. He has now appeared in court:

Assault

A man has admitted assault. Callum Dolman, 22, of St John’s Drive, Newhall, admitted assaulting a man at an address in Newhall on April 12. He also admitted failing to attend court on May 12, and breaching a suspended sentence order. He has been jailed for a total of 16 weeks because he committed violence during his suspended sentence order, he has a record of offending, he failed to attend court and it was in a residential street with children around. He was also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Drink

A man has admitted drink-driving. John Kerr, 59, of Nelson Street, Burton, admitted driving a Peugeot 306 in Brough Road, Winshill, on May 30, with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He has been fined £276 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was banned from driving for 40 months.

Damage

A man has admitted criminal damage. Daryl Winkler, 34, of Waterside Road, Stapenhill, admitted damaging an electric shop roller shutter worth £300 belonging to Waterside News, Stapenhill, on June 1. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge. He has been made the subject of a 12-month community order with a six-week curfew and an alcohol treatment requirement. He has been ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Steal

A man has admitted stealing a bicycle. Mark Amour, 37, of Meadow Road, Burton, indicated a plea of guilty to stealing a bicycle from a garden shed of a home in Rosemount Road, Burton, on May 13. He also admitted possession of a quantity of amphetamine and cannabis. He has been made the subject of a two-month community order with an eight –week curfew. He was ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Cannabis

A man has admitted drug-driving. William Dolden, 18, of Station Road, Barton under Needwood, admitted driving a Peugeot 206 in Meadow Lane, Yoxall, on March 29, while over the cannabis drug-drive limit.
He has been fined £250 and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He has been banned from driving for 12 months.
