The owners of a convenience store are looking to move on after 16 years at the helm. Family-run Bargain Booze shop, in Wilmot Road, Swadlincote, is on the market at £135,000 and also includes four-bedroom accommodation.
The family has owned and operated the store for 16 years and now want to pursue other business interests.
The turnover of the store is around £600,000 a year with the potential to increase trade and trading area of approximately 1,400 sq ft with additional storage to the rear and back room/lounge, small toilet and a kitchenette, said a spokesman for the estate agents marketing the premises.
The property is being offered leasehold with an annual rent of approximately £24,000.

The store remains open for business.
