Queens Park Rangers manager Ian Holloway is wary of Burton Albion's form heading into today's clash at Loftus Road.

The Brewers have taken eight points from 15 available to them since a 2-0 defeat at Middlesbrough on August 15.

That run includes last Saturday's 2-1 victory over promotion-hopefuls Fulham at the Pirelli Stadium, with Albion again proving a match for any opponent on home soil.

Holloway will appreciate that, with his side currently unbeaten at Loftus Road this season.

They have picked up 10 of the 11 points to their name so far in front of their own supporters.

Not that the Hoops' boss is taking another positive home result for granted this weekend, with the former Blackpool manager wary of Burton's confidence after recent weeks.

"Every game is a challenge, and Burton showed with their last two results that they are a fantastic team," he told the QPR website.

"Their manager is really good, they've got a fantastic spirit and they're showing a lot of clubs how you can build yourselves.

"They are probably in the best form they have been in all season, so I am expecting them to be in very confident mood.

"It's not about Burton's budget - it's about how their club is run and when you look at the squad, I think they have done brilliantly.

"Lloyd Dyer showed his quality against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup in the week, Luke Varney I've had before and he's fantastic.

"You don't progress and get somewhere by being lucky.

"You get there by having the right atmosphere, attitude and the way you go about things.

"They should be very proud of who they are and where they are - but we're going to try to beat them!"
