Burton Albion striker Marcus Dinanga scored again for loan side AFC Telford United as the Bucks lost 3-2 to Blyth Spartans on Saturday.

Dinanga's loan side found themselves 3-0 down at half-time, but his 65th minute header - his fourth goal in six games for the home side - helped salvage some pride and spurred on a comeback effort, with Elliot Newby bagging the Bucks' second on the 78th minute.

The forward signed a contract extension with Albion in the summer keeping him at the Brewers until next July, with the club holding an option to extend it for a further year. He then joined Telford on a youth loan for the current campaign.

Telford boss Rob Edwards heaped praise on Dinanga and strike partner Anthony Dwyer - who the Brewers striker partnered up front for Matlock Town last term - and the former Derby County man will surely be pleased by what he's seen so far.

Dinanga notched 34 goals for the Gladiators last season, and he has got off to another flying start with his temporary side after being loaned out by Brewers boss Nigel Clough last month.

The Brewers aren't short of attacking options after the summer signings of Will Miller, Joe Mason and Liam Boyce, but Dinanga is certainly making a case for regular inclusion at the Pirelli Stadium.
