One of East Staffordshire's largest secondary schools is looking for more people to join its team in various different departments. The de Ferrers Academy, in Burton, is currently recruiting a clerical assistant, a PE technician/janitor and business manager to work at the school through fish4jobs.
The clerical assistant is required to work within the support and guidance team to provide accurate data on student attendance.

The PE technician/janitor will be required to work under the direction and instruction of senior staff to provide specific technical and care-taking support to the physical education department in managing the day to day use of the facilities, with particular focus on the sports hall.

The business manager will be a key member of the Academy Leadership Team (ALT) who will be responsible for making a major contribution to the successful management and administration of the academy and its continual development.
A spokesman said: "As a member of ALT, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive range of support services throughout the academy including finance, resources, premises, lettings and health and safety, ensuring all procedures are carried out effectively and efficiently.
"Your role will provide support for teaching staff and academy leaders in enabling students to reach their potential by providing a safe and appropriate working environment and an efficient, cost effective range of support services."
