One of the sought after awards up for grabs in the Burton Mail Business Awards 2018 is the Employer of the Year honour, which is sponsored by Clinigen.
The key attribute that judges look for when it comes to the Burton Mail Business Awards employer award is based around the value of investing in staff by companies.
The award will go to a company which has a successful human resources function and a range of different areas from recruitment to work-life balance, which will all be considered by the judging panel.
