Flat 6 Curtis Court, Northfield Road, Burton - Conversion of existing Court Manager flat into two one-bedroom flats – approved.
Froggys Farm, Ashbrook Lane, Abbots Bromley - Erection of an extension to existing dairy buildings – approved.

Shell (UK) Ltd, 126 Belvedere Road, Burton - Continued use of the site as a petrol filling station and an associated larger ground floor retail store (sui generis) including the removal of the ramp, installation of a new shopfront, relocation of the ATM, air and water and tank vents, installation of a replacement canopy, partial cladding of the existing building, installation of an acoustic screen fence, alterations to the parking layout and internal alterations to facilitate the proposed larger shop area. – approved.
