A number of staff members who work at a busy Burton warehouse have received treatment for minor injuries after an incident this morning.
Employees at Hobbycraft Distribution Centre, on Centrum 100, were sent home following the incident which happened this morning and the site has remained closed all day for safety checks.
A spokesman for the company said: "We can confirm that there was an incident at the Burton Distribution Centre this morning.
"A small number of colleagues obtained minor injuries and were successfully treated on site before being sent home.
"The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is of the utmost importance so as a precaution, we have closed the site for the rest of today while additional safety checks are taking place."
