Don’t Tell the Bride is looking for lucky soon-to-be-wed couples who fancy getting £14,000 towards their big day from around Burton.

But there’s a catch – and a big one. The groom will make all of the big decisions about the day.

From the wedding venue, to the cake and even the unlucky lucky brides dress, the groom will decide everything. Producers want couples for the show which is moving from Sky1 to E4.

In just three weeks, the grooms has to plan the whole wedding without any input from the bride-to-be, only getting from his best man.

The series has seen some wacky weddings, with people tying the knot everywhere from hot air balloons to swimming pools.

Last series featured Kloe and Loz, from Rugeley, who married on dodgems after the groom hired a funfair in the car park of Rodbaston Hall, in Penkridge.

It was touch and go as to whether they would say their vows after a shocked Kloe walked away in floods of tears, saying “Why has he done this?”

The new series of the hit show will be on Channel 4 and will consist of 18 episodes, so just to let you get caught up – every episode of series one to five will be added to on-demand service All4.
