Calling all fitness fanatics in Burton – a town gym is looking for "talented and focused" personal trainers to join its growing team.

DWS Fitness Club, in Middleway Park, is looking to expand the team with self-motivated personal trainers who aspire to "deliver great training and inspire their clients to achieving excellent results".

The role will be to provide training in all areas of general fitness and provide clients with the motivation and support they need to achieve their desired goals, whether that is short or long term.

DWS has some of the largest clubs in the UK with new functional training zones to offer trainers state-of-the-art facilities. The gym also has positions available for apprentice personal trainers who are passionate about sport, health and fitness.

"During this course our team of personal training business experts will be in contact to meet you face to face and to be your guide through every step of your personal trainer journey making your time with us comfortable and productive.

"During each meeting our team will continually strive to increase your skill set towards a quality, qualified personal trainer. As part of your apprenticeship you will receive two days training in business, sales leadership and marketing to ensure you have the skills to set up and sustain a successful personal training business.

"Your apprenticeship will also include six personal training experience days where you will gain first-hand experience in training clients.

"In addition you will get an additional qualification in a CPD course specific to your new club including spinning, circuit training, pad work or suspension training.

"You'll also enjoy professional development and mentoring from our experienced tutors so you can enter the industry with all the qualifications and experience you need to form a successful career.

"Upon graduation you will receive a guaranteed position will all the mentoring, support and marketing materials required to set up and maintain a successful personal training business."
