The recruiters are looking for an individual with experience of working in the rail sector as a consultant before. Applicants are required to have a degree or equivalent discipline and plenty of experience in industries from British railway signalling to train protection.

The successful candidate will be part of a number of projects and will be part of growing the rail business with their consultancy in innovative and progressive engineering.

  • HGV technician, in Lichfield

A fleet maintenance company in Lichfield is looking for a daytime HGV technician to join their team and are offering a salary between £33,000 and £36,000 for the full time, permanent role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs on the company’s vehicles and trailers. Diagnostics will be taken out on any faults identified and health and safety regulations will have to be upheld throughout the job.

Applicants are required to have a technical qualification, where this is a City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified Technician award or an equivalent. Proven experience in repairing or maintaining vehicles and trailers is also acceptable. A current HGV License is preferable.
