The role will see the successful applicant working closely with the customer services and insight manager, using survey techniques to identify patterns of demand and behaviour.
This will allow the company to assess the requirements of services and propose recommendations regarding the possible actions.
They are looking for someone with knowledge of researching and interpreting statistics, ability to design questionnaires and analytical skills with the proven ability of writing succinct reports.

Trent and Dove is looking for someone to provide clients with a regular home visit and liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies according to the clients support needs, therefore, previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
The successful applicant will be required to visit homes in the Burton and surrounding areas and therefore requires a full driving licence. Basic IT knowledge would also be an advantage.

Bosses are looking for someone to be responsible for co-ordinating and managing support and services in order to intervene, support and signpost when a tenancy agreement is at risk. They will also take the lead in safeguarding cases if they arise.
They will also be responsible for reviewing cases being managed by the team, developing and successfully implementing an effective referral process and pro-actively seeking signs of tenancy or potential tenancy failure.

Reporting to the housing operations manager, the successful applicant will manage the team responsible for all applications, void properties and tenancy sign-ups.
Working closely with the development team, they will ensure the right properties are in the right place as well as maintaining an excellent voids and lettings performance, minimising repairs spending and void rent loss while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
