Land on north east side of Heage Lane, Etwall - the erection of two b2/b8 units with associated parking and fencing and gated entrance.

9 Renshaw Drive, Newhall - the erection of a garage.

42 Main Street, Etwall - demolition of the existing rear extension and replacement with a single storey extension, partial demolition and conversion of the detached outbuilding to a garage, the installation of a new gated vehicular access and new railings to the front and the re-rendering of existing building.

230 Station Road, Melbourne - notification of prior approval for change of use of agricultural buildings to one dwelling house and ancilliary accommodation.

172 Station Road, Hatton - proposed single storey rear extension, with eaves of maximum of 3 metres and maximum height of 3.3 metres extending 5 metres from the rear wall.

28 Vale Road, Midway - the erection of extensions.

Park Farm, Pool Road, Melbourne - the erection of a new cattle shed.

Birchington House, land at Sandy Lane, Netherseal - removal of gapped hedge and ditch bank to simplify cultivations.

9 Home Farm Court, Castle Gresley - the erection of a single storey front extension.

Lullington Court, Coton Road, Lullington - detached 'coach house' to comprise 4 car garage with home office and studio.
