Police are appealing for information about a collision between a BMW car and a motorbike in Swadlincote.
The collision happened on Thursday, August 10, and now Derbyshire police want anyone who may have seen it to come forward.
The BMW allegedly drove along Midway Road, Eureka Road, onto the A511, back along Midway Road before colliding with a motorbike in Vicarage Road, Swadlincote.
A spokesman from Derbyshire Police said: "We want to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or who saw the two vehicles in the area. We would like people to come forward if they have dashboard camera footage."
Witnesses, or anyone with information are asked to call 101, quoting reference PC Leanne Bull.
