Drivers are facing long delays this evening after a two-car collision on the A50 near Derby and another nearby on the A6.

The A50 crash happened at 5.20pm on the westbound carriageway between the turning for the A6 to Derby and the A514 to Swarkestone Bridge

Highways England is reporting that the traffic is not expected to clear until 7.45pm and the crash is causing delays of 20 minutes.
