Burton Albion have published the results from their annual fans' survey.

More than 400 supporters took the survey, which the Brewers say will help to shape their club policy moving forward.

The club's commitment to supporting the community was praised by fans in this year's survey, as was how safe they feel at the Pirelli Stadium and how welcoming club staff are, while the main concerns posed were the ticket booking system and the queues at tea bars during matchdays.

Albion commercial director Fleur Robinson says plans were already in place to develop a new ticketing system, and that all the insight from the survey will prove helpful in the future.

"We want to thank all the fans who took part in the survey," she said.

"It provides an invaluable snapshot of how the club is performing and is an important part of our fan engagement.

"We take on board all the comments made, good and bad, and we are always looking to make improvements across all club activities.

"We were already looking to introduce a new ticketing system which will address what is the biggest single issue raised by our supporters and we have had members of our supporter liaison group monitoring queues at the refreshment kiosks, so we can improve this.

"Thanks to the survey, we are able to make changes that reflect our supporters' biggest concerns.

"We were also delighted that yet again our fans told us that they are proud to be Burton Albion supporters and receive a warm welcome at the Pirelli Stadium.

"With help from our supporters we can aim to keep improving that experience."
