Former Chelsea and England centre back John Terry has been offered deals by both Aston Villa and Birmingham City, according to the Express and Star.

Premier League sides West Bromwich Albion, Swansea and Bournemouth are also believed to have expressed an interest in the 36-year-old.

Terry made 14 appearances in all competitions for the Blues last season as they marched to the Premier League.

Bristol City have broken their club record transfer fee to sign Angers SCO and Senegal forward Famara Diedhiou for £5.3 million.

Ironically, the club’s previous record transfer fee was for Ivorian forward Jonathan Kodjia, now of Aston Villa, from the same club.

Leeds United are set to win the race for Spainard Samuel Saiz according to the Yorkshire Evening Post.

The forward, valued at £2.5 million and with a CV boasting stints at Real Madrid and in Atletico Madrid’s B side, notched 12 goals for Spanish second-tier side SD Huesca last season.

The Elland Road club could be set to lose defender Giuseppe Bellusci, though, with the same paper also reporting that Serie A sides Bologna, Cagliari and Benevento are all rumoured to be keen on the 27-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Empoli.
