Jamie Allen and Stephen Warnock return to the Burton Albion starting XI for tonight's clash with Sheffield United as Nigel Clough makes two changes from the win over Millwall last time out.

Sean Scannell and Tom Flanagan are the players to drop out - with both moving to the bench - as Albion switch to a 4-1-3-2 formation against the high-flying Blades.

Warnock's return sees him start at left-back, with Jake Buxton and Ben Turner at centre-half and Kyle McFadzean continuing on the right of the defence - Stephen Bywater is in goal.

Luke Murphy will start as Albion's holding midfielder, while Matt Palmer, Matty Lund and Allen are a central three in front of him.

Marvin Sordell and Lloyd Dyer are the forward pair, with the former having grabbed the winner at Millwall.

Scannell and Flanagan are joined on the bench by Connor Ripley, Tom Naylor, Lucas Akins, Will Miller and Luke Varney.
