Aston Villa could face a battle to keep hold of Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, according to the Mirror.
The 24-year-old is currently halfway through a second loan spell with Villa until the end of the campaign.
But Johnstone is now reportedly attracting interest from Premier League sides West Ham United, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace - and he has the option to cut short his loan spell at Villa Park to secure a permanent move somewhere, according to the report.
Johnstone has started every Championship game so far this season for Steve Bruce's Villans, who currently sit fifth in the table.
Elsewhere, Newcastle United midfielder Jack Colback is being linked with a return to the second tier.
Colback helped the Magpies win the Championship title last season.
And the likes of Sunderland, Leeds United and Derby County are now all reportedly interested in a move for the 28-year-old central player, who has yet to feature in the top flight this season for Newcastle.
