Scottish champions Celtic are reportedly on the verge of signing St Mirren winger Lewis Morgan, who was linked with a move to Burton Albion in the summer.
The Scotland under-21 international is understood to have been a player of interest to Nigel Clough ahead of the current campaign.
The Saints turned down two offers for Morgan from an unnamed Championship club in June, with the Scottish Sun reporting that side to be Albion.
The 21-year-old decided to stay at St Mirren Park, and according to the Herald, he is now set to complete a move to Celtic for a fee of around £300,000 plus add-ons.
It is also reported that Morgan will stay with the Saints until the end of the season.
The Brewers were not the only English second-tier club linked with the exciting winger over the summer.
Sheffield United, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest have also had reported interest.
