Luton Town full-back Dan Potts is being linked with a move to Nottingham Forest ahead of the 2018-19 season.

Potts was named in the League Two team of the season as Luton clinched promotion at a canter last season.

And according to the Nottingham Post, Forest are "understood to be monitoring" the sought-after left-back, who has also reportedly gained interest from Sunderland.

The Black Cats, meanwhile, face a battle to keep Northern Irishman Paddy McNair at the Stadium of Light amid reported interest from Premier League sides Crystal Palace and Brighton & Hove Albion.

Top-flight new boys Wolverhampton Wanderers have also been linked with the Northern Ireland international, who enjoyed a strong finish to the 2017-18 season despite his club's relegation.

McNair’s form was one of the few highlights in a dismal season for the Wearside club, despite a long injury layoff - and he scored in the 2-1 loss to Burton Albion which ultimately saw Sunderland drop into the third tier.

Walsall midfielder Erhun Oztumer has joined Championship side Bolton Wanderers on a free transfer, after turning down a new deal with the Saddlers.

A fan favourite at the Banks' Stadium thanks to some spectacular goals, Oztumer was Walsall’s top scorer and player of the year for the last two seasons.
