Lush in Derby is looking for new employees to join its team.
The cosmetics company is hoping to hire up to 15 members of staff on a variety of contracts.
Employees will be able to take advantage of a generous 50% discount and a "complimentary spa treatment".
An advert on the Intu Derby shop's Facebook page says the management is looking for "great communicators" who take pride in "providing an amazing customer experience".
It says: "Here at Lush Derby we are looking for passionate individuals to become part of our sales assistant team.
"Lush sales assistants are the face of the retail business, delivering exemplary customer service each day.
"Alongside a team bonus scheme, generous product discount and a complimentary spa treatment, Lush also offer comprehensive training to prepare you for your role, as well as opportunities for development within the company.
"Lush are a company without borders and many staff go on to roles in other departments."
New employees are required to work both Saturdays and Sundays, at least two full weekdays between 8.30am and 8.30pm, and to be available until 10pm on some evenings.
