Asda, Sainsbury's, Superdrug and more have issued recalls after faults were found with products.

They range from medicine which could actually make children unwell, to packets of seeds which might also contain nuts, making them an allergy risk.

All of them have been issued in the past week.

Sainsbury's Fruit and Honey Seed Mix

An allergy warning has been put out by Sainsbury's over its Fruit and Honey Seed Mix.

The 35g packs with an SKU of 07614567, and best-before date of September 2018, may contain almonds and cashew nuts, which are not mentioned on the packaging.

As a precautionary measure, the store is asking customers who have purchased these products, and have an allergy or intolerance to almonds and cashew nuts to return them to their nearest Sainsbury's store, where they will receive a full refund.

A spokesman said: "No other products are affected by this issue, and we apologise for the inconvenience this may cause."

Ritz Chipster

Again, due to allergy fears, Mondelez International is recalling Ritz Chipster because the product contains wheat which is not declared on the packaging.

This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to wheat (gluten).

The 85g packs of Ritz Chipster with barcode number 7622210933430 and best-before dated December 31 2018 are affected.

Do not eat it. Instead, return it to the place from where it was bought for a full refund.

As a precautionary measure, and following an announcement of a recall of two specific batches of Zoggs Fogbuster and Lens Cleaners , Zoggs are recalling all Fogbuster and Lens Cleaners sold from January 2018 onwards.

A potential manufacturing defect could cause irritation and a burning sensation of the eyes.

If you have purchased Zoggs Fogbuster and Lens Cleaner since January 1 stop using it immediately and return it for a full refund of the purchase price, to FREEPOST SCE 15646, Customer Returns, Courtyard House, The Square, Lightwater, Surrey, GU18 5SS.

A spokesman said: "We will be permanently discontinuing this product, so we do not advise you purchase more product in the future as it has the potential to also be affected.

"We wish to thank you for your co-operation and apologise for the inconvenience."
