World Photography Day took place on Saturday, August 19 and the Burton Mail put a call out on Facebook for readers to submit pictures they had taken in and around East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire and North West Leicestershire.
Everyone in the office was wowed by all the fantastic photographs taken, so much so, in fact, that we have put together this stunning slideshow.
